The two affordable things that changed my BODY SKIN!! \ Dry Brushing

Image
Silky, smooth  skin. I  know it is all what we ask for especially in the summer time. Bikinis, beach dresses, all require the perfect skin. Now I used to suffer from extreme dryness, like  I could feel the flakiness of my skin very easily, no matter what body lotion I use, no matter how body scrub I buy. It has been always the same. The results of the products I used to use were always temporary. BUT since I found my two jewels, I am living in the heaven of EXTREMELY silky skin. It feels like baby skin, so moisturized, so clean , so fresh and dewy.  My secret is very affordable and easy. You need two things:      -Body Brush     -Virgin Coconut Oil That's it! I heard alot about dry brushing but didn't give it any serious consideration until I started searching for a natural solution for my dry skin. I believe that all the chemicals our bodied expose to wither shampoos or body lotions or perfumes. They all affect the state ...

My DIY Scrub before using self tanners

Image
I use sunless tanners very often as I originally have very fair skin - no problem with having fair skin at all - but I like the bronze glow so I fake tan.  You have to scrub your body very well before self tanning as sunless tanners have the ability to attach to dry skin and develop more color. As a result you will end up with too many patches that are darker than your bronzed final color.  To avoid that we have to scrub, I do my own body scrub. It is organic and more beneficial to my skin as I am avoiding chemicals. The ingredients you need as follows: 1- Coconut Oil / Olive oil  2- Brown Sugar 3- Little of Almond Oil I mix both olive and coconut oil - Olive oil is good for radiance and coconut oil is good for hydration-. Then I put the brown sugar and make sure that it does not completely dissolve in the oil - sugar particles are meant to be the scrubbing beads- so if it vanished add more sugar to the mixture until you can feel the sugar ...

Salon Moroccan Bath / My through and after Moroccan Bath Routine .

Image
A Moroccan bath is a steam bath that the body is soaked in for a period of time then followed with a special greenish soap that is put on the entire body for around 10 minuets to soften the dead skin, then after rinsing, followed by a special loofah which scrubs the dead skin out of the body. When starting with the loofah you can see the dead skin rolls falling out of your skin surface. The Moroccan bath leaves the skin glowing, soft, radiant and moves the blood circulation in your body because of the scrub that is done during the bath.It is just a wonderful, relaxing experience that every girl needs to make each month or each two months. I do my Moroccan bath in salons, It is easier and I can relax while someone else is scrubbing out the dead skin. And it is a treat for myself once in a while. I bear steam so well, so sometimes the girl in the salon leaves me soaking in the steam for around 15-20 minuets. Then she comes in to put the Moroccan soap on my entire ...
