Yes this is true. I enjoy eating all flavors of ice-cream and as much as I want without the guilt and weigh gain. Simply because it is RAW VEGAN !! Get your bananas to be ripe and sweet so you do not need to add sugar to your ice-cream and freeze them over night at minimum as bananas tend to need more time to completely freeze. Then with your food processor, add as many bananas as you can and turn on the food processor. You will have a thick batter of banana with solid creamy texture as ice-cream.
