Eat Ice-Cream with No Weight Gain!
Yes this is true. I enjoy eating all flavors of ice-cream and as much as I want without the guilt and weigh gain.
Simply because it is RAW VEGAN !!
I am not a vegan diet person, however I enjoy their choices of food and preparation processes. And this is one of the most amazing recipe they have.
All what you need is BANANAS, and other fruits for flavoring!
Get your bananas to be ripe and sweet so you do not need to add sugar to your ice-cream and freeze them over night at minimum as bananas tend to need more time to completely freeze.
Then with your food processor, add as many bananas as you can and turn on the food processor. You will have a thick batter of banana with solid creamy texture as ice-cream. This is your ice-cream which is 100% organic and sugar free. Great for kids too.
If you want to have other flavors simply add bananas as you base then add as many other fruits as you want. My favorite is blueberries. You can add coco powder too to have your chocolate moss ice-cream.
I add 3-4 halves of bananas then a punch full of blueberries, mix them together in the food processor and voila !! Your Ice-Cream is ready.
I like this recipe so much and I live for it :D
