How to Remind Yourself to Drink More Water at Work
I used to forget to drink water for 1-2 days without any problem! I did not used to like water or its taste. One day I decided to change and drink more to enhance my skin conditions and my overall health. Fortunately, this was one of the steps that dramatically changed my skin and wellness.
It was hard at first so I followed few steps and tricks to always remind and force myself to drink more water.
1- Search for the benefits of drinking enough water and the changes you except:
I started by searching on how water effects us, and how much should I drink and what to expect when drinking enough water. Also what is dehydration causing me. Google is filled with such articles. Read as much as you because it is a great motive.
2- Put in mind that drinking water causes skin/hair anti-aging:
Enough said! Enough hydration plumbs the skin, reduces fine lines and wrinkles and reveals healthy and young looking skin and body. Water also prevents hair breakage and gives it the healthy shine.
3- Draw a table of the number of water glasses you need to have:
Each time you drink one class, crop the cell that represents this one glass. This method helped me to maintain drinking 8 glasses of water per day.
4- Buy a large glass and keep it filled:
This was my second step. I bought a glass that can contain 750 ml of water and I kept it filled as much as I could. This also helped me to drink around 1-1.5 Liters per day
5- Buy a bottle:
HAHAHA yes! that was my final step. I bought a bottle that contains 1.5 Liter of water :D. I drink enough water now.
I have to mention that after drinking enough water for a month. It became a habit to drink enough water. Now I get thirsty and my body asks for water.
Definitely worth the try especially for people that forget to have water.
