How to Make your Body Moisturizing Experience Packed with Nutrients and Brightening Agents

whether using ordinary body lotions or organic oils, these tips work for both ways. Sine our bodies expose to many harsh environment conditions. Their moisture levels and health conditions are effected. So it is a must to take care of our body skin as we do to our face. 

P.S: Hands are as age detector as under eyes wrinkles!

I use mostly coconut oil to moisturize my body immediately after shower. Coconut oil fatty acids lock the moisture inside the skin cells. This returns necessary hydration to the skin and gives it young look. 

I add the following to my coconut oil moisturizer or body lotion for maximum hydration and brightness effects:


1- A few drops of fresh Lemon Juice:

I add a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice as this steps helps in packing up my moisturizer with good quantities of vitamin C, the main agent in collagen reproduction in the skin. This also helps in lifting the skin and eliminating stretch marks. Vitamin C is the skin's oxygen.



2- A few drops of Rose Water:

Not only so you smell like a fresh rose, rose water is a great skin toner. It regulates the skin P.H which helps it to suck more ingredients from your moisturizer. Rose water also helps in skin brightening and discoloration which makes it great for dry/discolored areas in the body. Rose water also helps in moisture level as it is basically water!



3- Few Drops of you Favorite Essential Oil (optional)

In case of coconut oil moisturizer, I mostly use lavender essential oil. This gives the oil pleasant smell and motivates the blood circulation for relaxing effect and spa feeling. This step is completely optional.
