How I reduced my Morning Puffiness
As a start, none wakes up as the beauties we watch on TV. COME ON! :D
So for me I wake up with noticeable puffiness in my face and sometimes under eyes. The under eyes issue mostly get solved when sleeping early, reducing the hours spent on monitors - TV, computer, mobile..- and tea bags eye mask.
I also put clean steel spoons in the freezer and apply them on my under eye area in the morning while they are cool. They reduce the puffiness very well, tighten the skin and helps in the blood circulation in that area. It is an easy tip to follow that actually works.
Please consider sanitizing the spoons and the place they sit on. We do not appreciate any infection or breakouts or allergies.
1- Always washing the face with cool water: even in winter, hot water helps in sagging the skin and increasing in puffiness. However cold water helps in blood circulation and fighting aging.
2- Increase the height of the pillow: inorder to decrease water retention. Increasing the height of the pillows helps in stopping the fluids from travelling to the face and then reduce puffiness.
3- Use Silk Pillow Cover: some people are allergic to cotton or polyester and this may be the cause of their face puffiness. It is a sort of allergy.
4- Eat Less Sodium: especially before bed. Soduim helps in trapping the fluids in the body. This may cause puffiness and bloating for the whole body, not only the face.
5- Drink Enough Water : So the body can flash out all toxins and salts. Less salt means Less Puffiness.
