24K Deep Day Moisturizer Cream - OROGOLD

I was introduced to this cream through a booth that was located in the middle of one of the shopping malls. The girls selling this brand were so sure of its quality and they were defending it by their lives, which is totally okay as this is their scope of work in sales. The sales girls told me that even the manger of La Prairie brand uses the OroGold Products. This news was shocking to me as we all know the brand "La Prairie" for its quality and range of prices!

They also insured that the gold they use is flakes only, nano flakes actually, which helps to penetrate in the skin easily to help reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, fatigue skin, dark spots and help your skin achieve the vibrant young healthy look.

My skin is normal to dry. I have no allergies what so ever and I do not usually break out to anything.

I wanted to buy the moisturizer so bad but for some reason I did not. SO i asked for a sample. They were generous enough to give me two.

The next day I started my day time routine as usual and applied the OroGold Moisturizer. In the middle of that day I noticed a huge blemish is coming out near my chin area. That was my first blemish in quiet a long time. I did not give it any attention, I completed my work day as always.


Once I reached home and I removed my make up and started cleaning my face, I realized that my skin is hurting little bit. It is the same feeling I get when I have a new blemish coming soon- you know the stingy feeling when you touch the blemish spot-. After cleansing I noticed that I am having more blemishes, near brows area, middle of the forehead and the chin again!


I never broke out this much before. So ofcorse I stopped using the moisturizer.

I believe it is heavy on my skin that it clogged my pores. That is why I was breaking out like crazy.

Unfortunately, this moisturizer did not work for me at all though as I said earlier I am not allergic to anything. As promising as it is, this brand is heavy on my skin. Maybe they target older people with more wrinkly skin.

The sales team did not mention that this is for older people.So I believe it is only me and my skin.


The blemishes stayed for 3-4 days and cleared out with no scars.
