My Healthy looking skin
Okay, As a start I am not here to pretend that "O.M.G ma skin is fabulous" and brag about it . No, I am just here to share with you some steps I follow to have a better skin, No blemishes, discolorations, black or white heads. textures, dryness and fine lines. BTW I am a heavy make up user. I wear make up everyday which increases my opportunities to have clogged pores.
Those are the steps I follow for better skin :
SUPPLEMENTS:
this is my skin with BB cream - No full coverage foundation- No filters - I used iPhone front camera to shoot this. As overall conditions I consider it good condition skin.

CLEANING :
I never sleep with make-up on my face. I use clarisonic Mia 2 (normal skin brush for night use and radiant brush head for morning use) with La-Roch facial wash. Perfect together!!
SKIN PREPPING :
I use Perricon MD blue plasma for night use
and Mogador Argan oil for morning use - I sometimes mix it with my foundation-
MOISTURIZING:
I always moisturize my skin before I wear make-up and before bed time. I use Perricon MD photo plasma moisturizer and Mario Badescu hyaluronic eye cream for morning time
and I use Origins moisturizer, Mario Badusco eye cream for night time
and I use Origins moisturizer, Mario Badusco eye cream for night time
SUPPLEMENTS:
I take Women's Multi Vitamins, Omega 3 and primrose oil. I buy mine from Boots.
HYDRATING:
I drink around 2-3 Liters of water per day. I have a huge glass that I fill and keep next to me so I always remember to drink water.
