Diorskin Nude Air Serum / Dior Serum Foundation
How do I start. You can tell that I am a huge fan of Dior cosmetics, though it is in the pricy side, yet it is very durable, and a small amount goes a long way. You do not need a foundation or a mascara each month :D !!.
I first tried this foundation from a sample I had, oh my god, you can immediately feel the velvety finish on your skin. The foundation brush flowed freely on my face, the blending was so easy and the amount of the sample - properly a dime size- was enough for my entire face and the upper area on my neck. This is what I meant by you do not use much of your product and it is going to last a good period of time. That was - obviously- for sheer coverage.You feel you are wearing nothing on your face, it is like your bare skin but better.
The packaging of this foundation as all Dior products is so luxurious and fancy and the texture of the liquid inside is runny and light weight.
The finish of the Dior Air Serum is so smooth and dewy, and the coverage is light and build-able. Some of us might need to build the coverage as it does not completely hide blemishes and redness. It is perfect for summer time,everyday use and beach parties. And you can definitely manage the coverage and wear it for an evening event. Good in photos and it does not sink into your fine lines or pores - and you can always wear primers! check my review about makeup forever primers-. It also has SPF 25 ,which is a plus.
The color range is not big and this works for me very well as I get lost when there are so many shades for the foundation, Finding my shade from Gorgio Armani Luminous Silk foundation was hard
I found this foundation perfect for cream products on top. Cream blushes and bronzers blended so naturally with it. A highlighter on top complement the beauty of this foundation ! It gives you the natural healthy with in glow.
If you are in the hunt for a new daily foundation, I highly recommend the Diorskin Air Serum. Such a beautiful foundation.
